The location was particularly good for walking around a shopping mall. All of the staff were exceptional, accommodating.

Also, near everything you might need.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with extremely friendly and affablestaff members. The breakfast was good, the location was perfect. Extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom and a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk in the room. Fast check-in, late check-out. Great internet, parking on site. Location next to the underground market and shopping mall.

Greatly enjoyed Busan, the hotel was extremely comfy to Express bus station. The rooms were a nice size and well-maintained with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.

The room with great facilities. A fridge, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk were a bonus. The location was particularly good and magnificent, near casinos and eateries. The area had a huge variety of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was fast.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to assist me after I had a car accident during my trip. They kindly helped me with printing out medical documents and contacting the insurance company. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional service. The hotel itself is lovely and very clean, with a fantastic location near restaurants, stores, and a major subway station. The room was comfortable and the entire staff was incredibly kind.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Busan. the location is fantastic, right in the center of the city. It's so convenient being near the lotte shopping mall, which made it easy for me to buy souvenirs. Secondly, the staff were excellent, they provided great service and were very attentive to details. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's very clean and has great facilities, including parking and a bakery. The location is amazing, with easy access to the Seomyeon subway station and the Lotte shopping mall. We found it very convenient to buy souvenirs. It's also great that the beach is nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from start to finish. Breakfast had limited western options, but the Korean food was nice.

The counter staff lacked customer service skills. When asked for a delayed checkout, the receptionist gave a robotic and impersonal response, not even bothering to ask how long was needed.
